Greetings! I am a painter, graphic designer, yoga instructor and spiritual seeker from the Heartland. I facilitate a painting-for-process group, Breathing Color Studio, which uses painting as a practice for mindfulness and self-discovery.

Painting keeps me engaged with life and in tune with my truest self. It instructs me again and again on how to let go and 'trust the process”. My paintings are psychological and spiritual in nature.
